HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you have found the perfect outfit for you, simply use the calendar to place your booking. Select from the available sizes and choose the start date as the date you want the item to be delivered. We recommend selecting a delivery date at least 1 day prior to your desired event. CAN I TRY ON OUTFITS PRIOR TO HIRE?
Yes. If you wish to make a try on booking please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram @higherdresshiredubai. Please note a maximum of 4 items per try on is permitted subject to availability.
HOW LONG CAN I HIRE FOR?
Bookings can be made for 4 or 8 days. The first day of your booking is the day the dress arrives and the final day is the day the dress is required to be collected.
WHAT IF THE OUTFIT DOESN’T FIT?
If the outfit does not fit, please reach out to us via our contact links. If nothing is suitable for replacement or does not meet your event deadline- a credit note will be issued once the outfit is returned to us in its original condition.
DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE OUTFIT?
No, we take care of the dry cleaning for you. Simply have the outfit ready on the scheduled date of collection.
WHAT IF I DAMAGE THE OUTFIT?
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page. If you do damage the outfit in any way ie. notice embellishments missing and the like- please contact us immediately via our contact links. If the outfit is irreparable unfortunately you will be liable for the replacement of the outfit at the original recommend retail price.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PLANS OR ORDER?

How long does it take for my item to be delivered?
Once an order is placed online or via Instagram @higherdresshiredubai, delivery will be completed within two hours throughout Dubai. We generally start running deliveries from 10am onwards
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery and collection is completed by our company driver unless stated otherwise and will be communicated to you.
If I order last minute, is delivery guaranteed?
We are happy to fulfil orders placed at the last minute which may sometimes be via CAREEM BOX at the renters expense if our company driver has completed duty for the day.
Where can be order be delivered too?
We deliver direct to residential villas, hotel rooms or reception/lobbies. Please advise in the notes on order completion where is best suited to receive your outfit!
How do I return my outfit?
Simply have the outfit ready on the specified date of collection and we can collect from outside your apartment door, villa or from the hotel reception.
What if I return it late?
We rely on timely returns to ensure all clients who have also potentially booked the outfit surety they will receive it on time. If you are unavailable for return on the scheduled collection date you will incur a 50AED late fee for every day you are late up to 200% of the original recommended retail price. If you ave circumstances you need to inform us of, please reach out via our communication channels.
What if my hire ends on a Sunday?
If you hire period ends on a Sunday, collection will be on the Monday.
